Assembly/installation option…

If you have selected the ‘Product assembly/Installation’ option in the shopping cart when you ordered through our online store, we will assemble your office furniture ready for use. Any packaging materials that accompanied your product will be removed and disposed of. If you have selected the ‘Delivery’ option at the checkout, your office furniture will also be delivered, placed and installed by our expert installers.

No Assembly/installation option…

If you haven’t selected the ‘Product assembly/Installation’ option in the shopping cart, your office furniture will be supplied in kit-form ready for self-assembly. If you have selected the ‘Delivery’ option at the checkout, we will deliver your office furniture and place it inside your door but will not position or assemble the items or remove any packaging materials.

Online Shop – Delivery Options…

Pick-up option…

If you choose the ‘Pick-up’ option at the checkout, an Interia Systems consultant will advise you when your order is ready for collection from our warehouse. Please consider that office furniture requires careful and protected transportation and that you must supply any packing materials required to do this.

Delivery option…

If you choose the ‘Delivery (Perth Metro Area)’ option at the checkout, our professional delivery teams will deliver your office furniture and place it inside your door. Bulky items and items that ship in kit-form are supplied unassembled ready for customer self-assembly. If you have also selected the ‘Product assembly/Installation option’, your office furniture will be placed and installed by our expert installers. (Perth Metro Area only).

Delivery to your nominated carrier option…

Furniture removalist (Recommended) –

If you select this option at the checkout, we will deliver your order to your nominated carrier (Perth Metro Area). Bulky items and items that ship in kit-form are supplied unassembled ready for customer self-assembly. No packaging is required for this option.

General carrier (Not recommended) –

If you select this option at the checkout, we will deliver your order to your nominated carrier (Perth Metro Area). Bulky items and items that ship in kit-form are supplied unassembled ready for customer self-assembly. Some items may incur additional packaging charges for this option. Our sales team will contact you.

Delivery/Installation – (Other than Perth Metro Area)…

Delivery and installation can be arranged to most areas within Australia. Please contact Customer service on +61 8 9359 1288 for a competitive quote.

Online Shop – Delivery & Installation Information…

Delivery prices shown on the website are for the Perth Metro Area only and are for one single nominated delivery point. All other areas and multiple deliveries require a specific quotation.
Assembly/Installation prices shown on the website are for the Perth Metro Area only and are for a single phase/single nominated point installation and at the same time as delivery. All other areas and multiple phase installations require a specific quotation.

Delivery/installation will be carried out on a pre-agreed date during business hours (Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 5.00pm). An Interia Systems representative will contact you in advance to arrange the day and time. Delivery and installation can be arranged outside of business hours at additional cost. An authorised person over 18 years of age must be present at the site address during delivery/installation to receive and sign for items delivered and services rendered.

It is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access for any items you have ordered, particularly large and bulky items. You must consider the overall space restrictions of stairwells, lifts, passages and doorways through which your items will have to be transported. Please consider that some items may require manoeuvring and turning through passages and doorways.

No allowance is made to move or remove any existing furniture, services or fittings and clear unobstructed access must be provided at all times. Any time spent unassembling items due to access constraints may be charged for.

You must provide correct delivery/installation details at time of order placement. Costs incurred by Interia Systems due to incorrect or altered site address details may be charged for.

If our delivery and/or installation teams require induction to enter or work on your premises, you must tell us at time of order. A fee may be charged to cover the time involved.
