Healthcare Australia, a specialist healthcare staffing and workforce management company, were expanding their Perth office by taking over the tenancy next door. They required a redesign and fitout of their complete space to fit in more staff workstations and training areas, and to improve their efficiencies and work environment through a new layout and enhanced fitout and furniture.
Lead time was key on this project, and a flexible fitout partner was required to both meet the short turnaround and work within the constraints of a 24/7 office with critical medical equipment to be kept operational at all times. On top of this, the complete scope of works had to be completed outside hours from Thursday evening until normal operations resumed on Monday morning at 7am.

Highlights on this project were the new bench style linear workstations, solid American Oak timber feature screen, and the bright, colourful tones used throughout the space in the workstations and loose furnishings.
The end result was a client with greater capacity to handle planned growth, additional training & meeting rooms, a stunning breakout area for staff and enormously increased storage capacity.
